A pretty interface that doesn't hold up is worth nothing. We design for how the product performs under pressure before we design for how it looks in a demo.

We release deliberately. The businesses we serve can't afford a regression in the middle of their busiest moment, and the bar for what we call done is set by their reality, not ours. It takes patience to hold the line on quality and steadiness to make every release dependable.
